As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing security operations, supervising staff, and maintaining a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of residents, staff, and visitors
  • Conduct regular patrols of the facility and report any incidents or concerns to the Security Manager
  • Develop and implement security procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to security staff
  • Manage crisis situations and take appropriate actions to ensure the safety and security of all individuals
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a secure and supportive environment
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Valid NYS Security Guard License and NYS Fire Safety License / F80 or F58
  • First Aid/CPR certification
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a security leadership role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
