Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for educating patients, scheduling appointments, reviewing insurance benefits, and ensuring accurate patient information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate patients on treatment plans and options
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Review insurance benefits and coverage
  • Enter patient information into dental software
  • Ensure accurate and complete patient records
  • Review treatment contracts and consent forms
  • Develop and maintain communication with general dentists
  • Support marketing and promotional activities
  • Greet and check patients in and out
  • Take new patient records, including X-rays and photos
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two years of front office experience in a dental setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of dental software preferred
  • Sales experience
