Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Truck Operator to join our team at GXO Logistics. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for safely operating our late model equipment and transporting goods and supplies between locations.

About the Role
  • Drive tractor/trailer in and around the site or on public roads, moving multiple styles of trailers.
  • Inspect tractor/yard truck before and after the shift.
  • Maintain housekeeping within assigned tractor/trailer and defined areas.
  • Load and unload freight and supplies or assist in loading and unloading the truck.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive total compensation package including an estimated salary of $43.50 per hour, plus shift differential of $1.00, overtime pay available after 40 worked hours per week, major medical, dental, disability, and paid holidays. You will also have access to our Employee Assistance Program and other employee benefits.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current valid driver's license and clean driving record over the past 2 years.
  • A current valid CDL class A and clean driving record.
  • Appropriate additional endorsements for Hazmat and Tanker (if required).
  • 6 months of Commercial Driver's License (CDL) class A experience.
