ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities as a Service Receptionist will include responding to all calls for the service department, handling client inquiries, directing them to the correct service advisor, and taking messages as necessary. You will also greet clients in person from time to time and make outbound calls to schedule service recalls and provide service updates.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, be proficient in time management, and demonstrate effective communication skills. You must be comfortable making up to 30 phone calls per hour.
