About the Role

The Psychiatric Technician will be an integral part of our interdisciplinary treatment team, working closely with mental health professionals to provide exceptional patient care. This role requires a strong understanding of psychology principles, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic setting, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
  • Provide emotional support and care to patients, promoting their overall well-being.
  • Assist with data collection and documentation, contributing to the development of comprehensive treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Social Services (preferred)
  • Current BLS certification (required within 30 days of start date)
  • No prior experience necessary
