Water/Wastewater Engineering Specialist

Location:
Philadelphia, PA

Compensation:
$70,000 - $100,000

Position Highlights:
This role offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for three days in the office and two days of remote work. The work environment is flexible, promoting professional growth opportunities to advance to Senior Project Manager and eventually Client Manager roles. Ownership opportunities are available upon becoming a Client Manager. The Water/Wastewater division is the largest within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
This is a full-time position based in our Warrington, PA office. Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing design plans, construction specifications, and studies for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
2. Researching and adhering to state and local design standards.
3. Collaborating with contractors and clients' engineering teams.
4. Supporting quality assurance and quality control design reviews.
5. Assisting Project Managers with a variety of engineering initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or equivalent degree.
- Pennsylvania Professional Engineer registration is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in water and wastewater design, along with strong organizational capabilities.
