Hire Resolve's client is a prominent Multi-disciplinary Engineering firm actively seeking a skilled Senior Hydrogeologist.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments of site conditions to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Execute field investigations to evaluate the extent of surface and groundwater contamination; manage the collection of hydrogeologic data.
  • Prepare and review geological reports that include drilling logs and descriptions of geological formations, groundwater occurrence, quality, and gradient; conduct hydrogeologic calculations, investigations, and studies.
  • Analyze laboratory analytical data for soil and water samples.
  • Act as the lead Hydrogeologist for designated projects; establish study parameters and oversee the preparation of reports and studies.
  • Perform field and office quality assurance/quality control reviews.
  • Facilitate internal and external communications with clients and contractors.
  • Oversee and mentor junior geologists and engineers at both staff and project levels.
  • Engage in proposal preparation and marketing efforts as needed.
  • Manage construction and remediation project administration when required.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental/hydrogeologic investigation and remediation.
  • A BA/BS degree from an accredited institution in hydrogeology, geology, or engineering.
  • Professional Geologist licensure is required.
  • Current 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil3D and/or ArcGIS Pro software is advantageous.
  • Experience in research, writing, and grant acquisition is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lead and supervise effectively.
  • Membership in professional societies is a plus.
