Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting patrols across assigned locations in Seattle.
  • Engaging with clients, including residents, management, retail staff, and local authorities.
  • Completing hourly incident reports after inspecting and patrolling designated buildings, identifying hazards, addressing tenant concerns, and ensuring compliance with building policies.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned, which may vary by location.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Guard Card.
  • Appropriate identification for I-9 form completion, such as a social security card, valid U.S. passport, or WA Driver's License.

We encourage applications from individuals with POST certification, prior private security experience, and those currently serving in the U.S. Armed Forces, including Reservists and Veterans.
