Job Title: Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team at a hospital in The Dalles, Oregon. As a critical care healthcare professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.



Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a hospital setting and a valid license or certification in the state of practice. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills, maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful times, and possess strong critical thinking skills.



Responsibilities:


  • Provide high-quality patient care in a critical care setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:




  • 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
  • Valid license or certification in the state of practice
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful times
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Background and drug screen
