About the Role

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of our community's facilities are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents
  • Work knowledge of building systems and related code requirements
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and life safety regulations
  • Supervise and manage daily department operations
  • Recruit, coach, and manage staff as needed
  • Facilitate small group presentations and trainings
Requirements
  • High proficiency in building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical
  • Experience in maintaining water source heat pumps
  • Strong understanding of OSHA and life safety regulations
  • One year of supervisory and management experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and make sound decisions
