Key Responsibilities- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents
- Work knowledge of building systems and related code requirements
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and life safety regulations
- Supervise and manage daily department operations
- Recruit, coach, and manage staff as needed
- Facilitate small group presentations and trainings
- High proficiency in building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical
- Experience in maintaining water source heat pumps
- Strong understanding of OSHA and life safety regulations
- One year of supervisory and management experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and make sound decisions
