  • Execute all warehouse operations in accordance with established safety and quality standards.
  • Assist clients with order retrieval and ensure timely delivery of inventory to designated locations.
  • Provide fundamental customer service support as needed.
  • Oversee outbound shipping processes to guarantee efficiency.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and perform various administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain a clean and secure working environment by adhering to safety protocols.
  • Operate warehouse machinery safely and effectively to minimize accidents.

  • Identify and report any discrepancies in procedures to management for prompt resolution.
  • Ensure all company equipment is well-maintained and report any damages.

This role necessitates regular on-site attendance and the flexibility to work assigned shifts, including potential overtime.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Forklift Certification is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-volume warehouse setting.
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Preferred: Previous experience with welding or torch operations, and proficiency in Spanish.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver up to 100 pounds.
  • Capability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to use hands for handling and manipulating materials.
  • Competence in climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, or crawling as necessary.
  • Effective communication skills.
