Job Description
  • Manage daily restaurant operations to drive business results and enhance the customer experience.
  • Train and develop team members to provide highest level of hospitality and service quality.
  • Motivate and lead team members to achieve excellence in their roles.
  • Develop and implement plans to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume setting.
  • Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning, purchasing, sanitation, and health codes.
  • Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
  • Understanding of financial aspects of business operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and cash handling procedures.
