Senior Project Engineer Opportunity

Saxon Aerospace USA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Marysville, WA. This direct-hire role offers long-term career growth and the opportunity to work on exciting projects in the aerospace industry.

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and designing products, developing prototypes, and improving manufacturing processes. You will work closely with our team to evaluate manufacturing processes, study production and machine requirements, and optimize production lines and machine operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, such as efficiency and speed
  • Study production and machine requirements
  • Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources
  • Optimize production lines, machine operations, and network performance
  • Plan and execute mechanical designs using CAD and 3D CAD programs
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
  • Prepare technical reports, design specification documents, and operational manuals
  • Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations
  • Upgrade systems and processes with new technology

Requirements:

  • Technical degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or similar
  • 5+ years' experience implementing and improving manufacturing processes
  • 7+ years' tooling and product design experience
  • SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: $120,000 - $140,000
