Inbound Sales Growth Manager

The Senior Lead Generation Specialist will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by generating conversations with new potential clients and re-engaging leads who have fallen through the cracks. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3 hours of phone engagement per day.
You will engage with inbound leads via phone, email, and social channels, qualify prospects, set up closing calls for our sales team, and follow up on leads who didn't close initially. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
As a Senior Lead Generation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop new skills, and earn a competitive salary. Estimated salary: $2,000/month + $79,200/year in commissions (17% closing ratio). Benefits include flexibility to create your own schedule, 30 days PTO per year, and additional paid time off for holidays and birthdays.
