Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director-Field Sales to lead our Field Sales team in driving business growth and success.

About the Role

This is a leadership position responsible for managing Field Sales Managers/Sr. Field Sales Managers and their direct reports, overseeing sales activities, and ensuring the performance of the group aligns with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and leadership to managers and senior professionals, fostering a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
  2. Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and implement forecasts, policies, and training programs to ensure the sales force achieves its targets.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer relationships through a team of sales managers, senior sales managers, and sales specialists, maintaining strong ties with loan-generating fintech and sponsor banks.
  4. Communication and Coordination: Communicate progress and issues to higher-level management, coordinate activities with sales, order processing, and customer support teams, and travel to company meetings, conferences, events, and client sites as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 9+ years working in Field Sales or Account Management or other equivalent experience
  • Ability to provide leadership and guidance to managers and senior professionals
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills coupled with ability to manage complex sales cycles
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills

Compensation and Benefits

Target salary range: $147,200-$208,350. This role is eligible for commission. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a comprehensive benefits program, to support your career growth and well-being.
