Job Summary:
Auto Park Ford of La Porte is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs, providing timely follow-up, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on incoming inventory, features, and accessories, and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Delivery and Handover: Ensure customers understand their vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork, laying the foundation for customer loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience required
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
