UCHealth Medical Group is seeking a highly experienced Chief Nursing Officer to lead our ambulatory care services. As a member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing nursing strategies that drive quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, with experience in ambulatory care and a proven track record of improving patient outcomes. You will work closely with our physicians, nurses, and other stakeholders to develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols that support our mission to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement nursing strategies that drive quality, safety, and patient satisfaction
  • Lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and protocols that support our mission
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other stakeholders to improve patient outcomes
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to provide exceptional patient care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in nursing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in ambulatory care
  • Unrestricted RN license from the State of Colorado Board of Nursing or compact privileges
