Position: Maintenance Technician

Schedule: 6pm-6am on a 4/3 rotation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery in accordance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
  • Install, repair, and maintain production equipment to maximize efficiency.
  • Diagnose mechanical problems and execute necessary repairs.
  • Identify potential equipment upgrades to boost productivity.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Assist with urgent equipment repairs as required.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Technical proficiency in mechanical repair and maintenance.
  • Detail-oriented with basic computer literacy.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical training in mechanical repair.
  • Experience as a technician in a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous safety training is advantageous.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends.
  • Physical dexterity to perform various tasks on the production floor.
  • Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working at heights and in diverse environments.
  • Must pass a physical assessment and background check.
