About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tire Technician to join our team at Discount Tire. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining tires and wheels on a variety of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install new tires and wheels on vehicles
  • Perform routine maintenance on tires, including rotations, balancing, and repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as automotive repair or tire installation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
