Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at IWCO Direct LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Install, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment and machinery in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and operating difficulties.
  • Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years' vocational/technical school in mechanical repair or equivalent experience.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, mathematical, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work consecutively 12-hour shifts, rotating 3 or 4 days per week including weekend rotations.
  • Ability to lift, carry and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
