Job Summary:This LPN position is responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and conducting diagnostic studies. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities:- Contribute to patient assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
