We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Communications Expert to join our dynamic team in Washington D.C. This role will be based in Palladium's Center of Technical Excellence (CoTE) and will focus on developing and implementing a strategic communications strategy to position Palladium for key clients.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful strategic communications strategies, with a proven track record of developing high-level communications pieces that highlight organizational results tailored for different audiences.

The salary for this position is expected to range from $102,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, and performance. Successful candidates may also be eligible for additional incentive compensation dependent on the role.

As a Strategic Communications Expert, you will work closely with other leaders in the Americas Regional Business Partnership to ensure their needs are met, and will report to the Senior Director, CoTE. You will not oversee additional staff initially, but may take on leadership responsibilities as the role evolves.

The primary roles and responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing a Strategic Communications Strategy for the ARBP, given prioritized pipeline of business development opportunities and Palladium differentiators
  • Overseeing execution of the Strategic Communications Strategy, including reporting on progress against key metrics
  • Working together with Palladium's technical portfolios and strategic growth team to support implementation of the Strategy
  • Providing strategic advice to internal clients on communications matters
  • Planning and moderating learning sessions to share lessons learned and good practices on Strategy execution

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English writing, editing, and presentation skills, as well as strong leadership and managerial skills, and the ability to work effectively in a matrixed, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
