Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including bussing tables, restocking supplies, and sanitizing equipment.
  • Assist servers with taking orders, serving food and beverages, and clearing tables.
  • Restock supplies, including linens, glasses, and utensils.
  • Keep the dining area clean and tidy, including sweeping and mopping floors, and emptying trash.
  • Assist with party setup and breakdown, including setting up tables, chairs, and decorations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that all guests receive excellent service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a dining or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
