The Job

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team at Allegion. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our company.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide support and improvement of internal manufacturing processes
• Work with cross-disciplinary teams to improve quality and productivity targets through quality assurance planning and continual improvement initiatives
• Conduct technical problem-solving, quality system implementation and auditing, new product launch management and internal/external supplier corrective actions

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Supply Chain, Operations or related field
• 3-5 years of Quality Engineering experience of increasing responsibility in the areas of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Supplier Quality Management or related field, including at least 2 years of direct manufacturing, in-plant experience
• Demonstrated program management experience and in-depth process improvement and problem-solving experience (including expertise with tools and processes such as APQP, Lean, Six Sigma, PPAP, 8D, FMEA, VAVE, etc.)
• Lead auditor or competence within ISO-9001/TS-16949/AS 9100 quality systems
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products and statistical software
• Active knowledge of high-volume manufacturing, assembly and distribution
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); Bilingual considered a strong asset

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental and vision insurance coverage, a 401K plan with a 6% company match, tuition reimbursement, unlimited PTO, employee discounts and community involvement opportunities.
