As a Quality Engineer at Allegion, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and resolving quality-related issues, improving manufacturing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solve complex product quality and process-related problems through technical problem-solving and quality system implementation
- Act as the voice of the customer through new product development projects, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded
- Recommend internal or vendor design, manufacturing, and quality control changes to improve quality and reliability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- 3-5 years of Quality Engineering experience with increasing responsibility in areas such as Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Supplier Quality Management, or related field
