We are seeking a highly qualified individual to serve as the Director of our MS/DNP Program at Loma Linda University Medical Center. As a key member of our academic team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our graduate nursing education programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement curriculum for MS/DNP programs
- Lead faculty and staff in program development and implementation
- Collaborate with university administrators to ensure program alignment with university goals
- Recruit and mentor students in the MS/DNP programs
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in graduate nursing education
Requirements:
- Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited institution
- Two years post-masters teaching experience or closely related professional experience
- Professional certification, licensure or registration as appropriate
- Knowledge of current technology and educational media used in teaching and presentations
