Job Title: Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor to join our team at Impact Recruiting Solutions. As a surveyor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of care provided to residents in long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct surveys of long-term care facilities to assess their compliance with CMS regulations.
  • Review and analyze facility data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to address identified issues.
  • Collaborate with facility staff to ensure effective implementation of corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work.
  • Successful completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT certification.
  • At least two years of recent experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities that serve the residents of long-term care facilities.
  • Current licensure to practice as an LCSW.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis.
