Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Operate high-volume duplicating and document imaging equipment to produce high-quality prints.
    • Perform binding, finishing work, and maintain copier equipment to ensure optimal performance.
    • Handle mail and shipping, including sorting, distributing, and applying postage to ensure timely delivery.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generate reports for digital printing and imaging systems to track production and quality.
  • Support Services:
    • Perform light maintenance, file services, and meeting room setups as needed to support the team.
    • Manage inventory of supplies and ensure proper functionality of office equipment to minimize downtime.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of related experience.
    • Experience with high-volume printing and office equipment.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
    • Strong customer service, organizational, and mathematical skills.
    • Ability to lift items up to 55 lbs. and handle machines up to 700 lbs.
