Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Accounts Manager to join our team at CDL Nuclear Technologies LLC. This role will be responsible for the smooth and efficient clinical and technical performance at each of our Cardiac PET customers, whether serviced by mobile or fixed equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work under the Director of Operations to ensure seamless new customer clinical and technical startups.
  • Interface with customers, administrators, physicians, nuclear medicine technologists, nurses, equipment providers, physicists, and CDL sales and management teams to facilitate efficient startup processes.
  • Ensure each clinical startup operates smoothly, with technologist competence maintained through future training.
  • Provide training to physicians on technical and clinical aspects of Cardiac PET.
  • Guarantee client personnel adhere to ALARA principles.
  • Collaborate with the CDL Director of Operations and Project Managers.
  • Maintain ongoing operations of the Cardiac PET laboratory, ensuring efficiency and staff comfort with all processes.
  • Assist in meeting objectives for patient care, personnel, equipment management, quality assurance, in-service education, new client start-up, customer satisfaction, and radiation safety.
  • Work as a staff technologist for CDL PET and CDL Hybrid accounts when needed.
  • Provide regular updates on progress and issues to customers, management, and operations personnel.
  • Perform ongoing training for clinical and technical advancements and/or new client employee training.
  • Routinely visit client facilities to ensure overall satisfaction among technologists and physicians.
  • Maintain confidentiality and apply the CDL Company Objectives of "Best Appropriate Patient Care".
  • Assist in training new employees and coworkers.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Nuclear Medicine; Bachelor's preferred.
  • Board certification by NMTCB and/or AART.
  • Minimum four years' experience in Cardiac PET Nuclear Medicine and CT certification.
  • Demonstrated creativity in improving work routines and completing assigned projects.
  • Expert communication, human relation, organizational, and clinical/technical Nuclear Cardiac training skills.
  • Professionality and poise to deal with conflict and emergencies, and adaptability to handle change.
  • Ability to travel frequently to meet new customers, understand project scope, and oversee clinical and technical aspects.

This role requires residence in Phoenix, AZ, Las Vegas, NV, or Salt Lake City, UT, and surrounding areas, with frequent travel to client sites throughout Western U.S.
