About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Wastewater Engineer to join our team at WSP Group. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical project delivery and provide technical quality reviews
  • Guide key technical design decisions and make recommendations to clients
  • Collaborate with local design teams and international experts
  • Develop and inform proposal and project scopes, timelines, pricing, and budgetary metrics
  • Provide high-level strategic advice to clients and contribute to providing future-ready solutions
  • Mentor staff to support their growth and professional development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, with a focus in Wastewater or closely related discipline
  • 12+ years of relevant post-education experience in water resources engineering
  • Engineer license required (multi-state preferred)
  • Proficient knowledge of water/wastewater engineering principles, models, and technologies
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant environmental laws, regulations, compliance practices, and record-keeping requirements
