About the Role:

As a key member of our Project Management Office (PMO), the Associate Creative Project Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of agency work across all disciplines. This includes managing multiple projects simultaneously, from traditional print and collateral to digital and social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations and communication on a multitude of projects, acting as a liaison between internal teams
  • Oversee all aspects of print and digital media marketing campaigns, including creative planning, daily operations, and print and creative asset deliverables
  • Ensure scope, timelines, and budgets are delivered on time and executed flawlessly
  • Collaborate with internal production and content editing teams to ensure they are on task and informed, and all creative resources are aligned

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in print and/or digital project management
  • Ability to manage social media strategies, including copy, content, and ensuring social media brands align with overall brand goals
  • Experience managing clients across industries, such as retail and grocery
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while adapting to project change
  • Strong sense of urgency, humor, and empathy, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
