Culinary Operations Manager

Culinary Leads at CAVA - Roswell Corners are responsible for ensuring exceptional food quality and safety standards. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the grill and prep teams, providing coaching and guidance to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Assume opening or closing responsibilities, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining high standards.
- Develop expertise in food and beverage management, including ordering and inventory organization.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive kitchen efficiency and productivity.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of CAVA - Roswell Corners.
- Proven track record of coaching and developing team members, with a focus on leadership and mentorship.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a dynamic kitchen environment.
