Position Overview

As a pivotal leader in our full-service dining establishment, the Restaurant General Manager oversees all operational and marketing aspects. Key responsibilities include staffing, training, and enhancing profitability while ensuring that every traveler leaves better than they arrived.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspire and lead your team to surpass performance standards while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Cultivate a trusting environment that encourages feedback from both team members and guests; manage staff performance in line with company policies. Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor. Ensure high-quality food and a pristine dining environment for all patrons. Recruit, train, and retain talented team members, fostering a culture of respect and recognition. Drive financial success through effective management of resources, focusing on revenue and profit margins. Supervise payroll, accounting, inventory, and personnel documentation to maintain compliance and accuracy. Adhere to safety protocols and operational standards while managing vendor relationships. Stay informed about competitive practices that may influence business, providing insights to leadership. Be prepared to step into any hourly position as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

A servant leader who exemplifies teamwork. Proven ability to motivate, train, and develop team members. High School Diploma (or GED) required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the full-service restaurant sector preferred. Strong planning and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of financial metrics. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with POS systems. Valid driver's license is necessary.

Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is $60,000.00, subject to variation based on experience, responsibilities, and other relevant factors.

Physical Requirements:
