Position Overview

As the General Manager of our full-service restaurant, you will oversee all operational and marketing aspects, ensuring a top-notch dining experience for our guests. Your leadership will be key in staffing, training, and developing a high-performing team while driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve and surpass performance benchmarks, ensuring exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Foster a culture of open communication, encouraging feedback from both team members and customers; provide coaching and performance management in line with company policies.
  • Deliver outstanding service to every customer with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Ensure the provision of high-quality food and maintain a clean and inviting restaurant environment.
  • Recruit, train, and retain skilled team members, cultivating a respectful and appreciative workplace culture.
  • Manage financial performance by effectively overseeing staffing, product, service, and facility operations, with a focus on revenue and profit.
  • Ensure accurate payroll, accounting, inventory, and personnel documentation, complying with all relevant laws.
  • Adhere to safety standards and operational guidelines, maintaining positive vendor relationships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive practices, providing insights to leadership.
  • Be prepared to assist in any hourly associate role as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A servant leader who exemplifies teamwork and collaboration.
  • Proven ability to inspire, train, and develop staff to unlock their full potential.
  • High School Diploma (or GED) required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the full-service restaurant sector is preferred.
  • Strong planning and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of financial reports.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with POS systems.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.

Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is $60,000.00, with variations based on responsibilities, job requirements, and relevant experience.
