Position Summary

As the General Manager of our full-service restaurant, you will oversee the operational and marketing aspects of the establishment. Your leadership will be crucial in staffing, training, and enhancing profitability while ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve and surpass performance standards, ensuring exceptional customer service and a vibrant atmosphere.
  • Foster a culture of trust and open communication, encouraging feedback from both team members and patrons.
  • Deliver courteous and efficient service to every customer, maintaining a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Ensure the provision of high-quality food and a clean dining environment for all guests.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent, creating a workplace where team members feel valued and recognized.
  • Manage financial objectives effectively, focusing on revenue and profit through strategic oversight of people, products, and services.
  • Supervise payroll, accounting, inventory, and personnel documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Adhere to safety standards and operational guidelines, maintaining strong vendor relationships.
  • Stay informed about competitive practices and provide insights to leadership for strategic improvements.
  • Be prepared to assist in any hourly associate role as needed.

Qualifications

  • A servant leader who exemplifies teamwork and collaboration.
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and develop staff to maximize their potential.
  • High School Diploma (or GED) required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the full-service restaurant sector is preferred.
  • Strong planning and analytical skills, with an understanding of financial reports.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS systems.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.

Compensation

The annual salary for this position is $60,000.00, with variations based on experience and responsibilities.
