Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to join our behavioral health team in Everett, Washington. The successful candidate will primarily support the inpatient psychiatry team, managing half of the patients on a 24-bed adult acute psychiatric inpatient unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of patients on the inpatient psychiatry unit
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide psychiatric evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements

  • Board certification in Psychiatry
  • Current Washington state medical license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
