Behavioral Health Technician

The Behavioral Health Technician/Care Coordinator will provide supervision and support to clients in a residential setting. This role is responsible for ensuring client safety, building rapport, and facilitating daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one supervision and support to clients
- Facilitate daily activities, including chores, meal service, and groups
- Transport clients to community outings and meetings
- Practice compliance with all policies and record keeping requirements
- Remain current on all trainings and certifications
Requirements:
- H.S. Degree or GED required; bachelor's level degree in psychology, counseling, or sociology preferred
- Prior work experience in behavioral health treatment settings with adolescents a plus
- Valid driver's license and eligibility for insurance coverage
