Laboratory Operations Manager

Cary Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Operations Manager to lead our Laboratory Services team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality patient care through the day-to-day supervision of laboratory operations and personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise high complexity testing and ensure compliance with College of American Pathologists standards
- Lead and develop laboratory personnel to maximize positive patient outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of testing results
Requirements:
- Registry with ASCP, HEW, AMT, or ASMT
- Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science, or Associate's degree in laboratory science or medical technology program
- At least four years of experience in high complexity testing, or six years of experience with an Associate's degree
