Job Overview

Oaktree Funding Corp. - NonQM Experts is seeking a highly skilled National Wholesale Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and managing wholesale mortgage sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow your business.
  • Utilize inside marketing leads, self-generated referrals, and existing accounts to maximize sales efforts.
  • Discuss mortgage loan products and programs fluently over the phone.
  • Provide accurate forecasts, customer insights, and market intelligence to management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to secure new business and enhance account development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of recent Non-QM mortgage sales experience.
  • Great work ethic and a winning attitude.
  • Strong sales background and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
