About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Stretch Zone. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in educating and engaging potential clients about the benefits of assisted stretching and how our services can improve their health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate and Engage: Inform potential clients about the benefits of assisted stretching and how our services can improve their health and wellbeing.
  • Sales and Client Acquisition: Drive membership sales by reaching out to leads, conducting studio tours, and helping clients select the best stretch packages to meet their needs.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage appointment bookings, answer client inquiries, and ensure a smooth and welcoming client experience.
  • Retention and Relationship Building: Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve Sales Goals: Work towards and exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-first attitude.

Requirements
  • A passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A self-starter with a goal-oriented attitude and enthusiasm for sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role is preferred, but not required.
