Job Title: PRN MRI Technologist

At OrthoCarolina, we're committed to delivering exceptional patient care and creating a positive work environment for our team members. We're seeking a skilled PRN MRI Technologist to join our team in Huntersville and Matthews locations.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented MRI Technologist to provide quality MRI scans for our providers and primary care physicians. As a PRN MRI Technologist, you'll work on an as-needed basis, with possible days, evenings, and weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain MRI log and ensure safety of equipment
  • Work with Tech Assistants to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of MRI scanners, protocols, and PACS
  • Assist with various tasks and projects, including ACR testing, research studies, and supplies
  • Maintain knowledge of MRI contrast policy and emergency protocols
  • Ability to assist physician and execute emergency procedures if necessary
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and/or rotate to various MRI sites as necessary
