We are seeking a highly skilled Neuropsychologist to join our team at Children's National Health System. As a key member of our clinical care team, you will be responsible for providing expert neuropsychological care to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive neuropsychological assessments and evaluations to patients of all ages.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Conduct research and participate in quality improvement initiatives to advance the field of pediatric neuropsychology.
- Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure continuity of care and knowledge transfer.
- Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from an APA/CPA-accredited college or university.
- Completion of APA/CPA-accredited pre-doctoral internship, with supervised experience in clinical neuropsychology.
- Postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric neuropsychology.
- 2 years of clinical experience in pediatric neuropsychology, with a focus on cognitive-behavioral interventions.
- Board certification in neuropsychology.
- Experience with cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions.
- Strong research background and publication record in pediatric neuropsychology.
