4. **Collaboration**: Work alongside other Local Community Liaison Specialists to share knowledge and improve service delivery across the region.
5. **Locality Hubs Development**: Contribute to the establishment and management of Locality Hubs, promoting community involvement and collaboration.
6. **Data Management**: Implement methods to systematically capture and analyze data and insights from community engagement efforts to inform future strategies.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of community development and the challenges faced by the third sector. You should demonstrate:
- Proven experience in building effective professional relationships.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to solve problems creatively.
- Experience in facilitating community engagement processes.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and demonstrating measurable impact.
Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between remote work and collaboration within the community.
Contract Details
This is a permanent position with a part-time commitment of 28 hours per week, offering a competitive salary based on a full-time equivalent of £26,400.
