Job Title: RF Service Engineer IV

Indotronix International Corporation is seeking a highly skilled RF Service Engineer IV to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing wireless networks for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement wireless networks for clients, including RF network planning, optimization, and tuning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network designs, implementation plans, and optimization reports.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in RF engineering, with a strong background in wireless network design, implementation, and optimization.
  • Leadership experience required for 4+ projects, with 1 project as leader for all technical activities in a large scale (major metro or statewide geographic area).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant tools and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with 5G NR, Massive MIMO, mmWave, LAA, 4G LTE, IOT, CBRS, and multi-vendor technologies.
  • Knowledge of layer 3 messages for 4G and 5G.
  • Experience with planning tools such as Planet EV and Atoll.
  • Understanding of link budget and Monte Carlo analysis.
