Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Inpatient Med-Surg Unit at PSN Affiliates. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs: Evaluate patients' medical conditions, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
- Administer medications: Prepare and administer prescribed medications orally, subcutaneously, or through an IV, as directed by physicians.
- Monitor vital signs: Record patients' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate.
- Communicate with healthcare teams: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective patient outcomes.
- Document patient information: Accurately record patients' medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Nursing degree: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Clinical experience: At least 1 year of med-surg experience, preferably in critical care settings.
- Licensure: Current RN licensure in good standing with the State licensing board.
- Certifications: ACLS and PALS certifications required.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including vision, dental, and 401(k) matching.
