Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Nurse Practitioner - Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing the provision of patient care services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in and overseeing the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
  • Observing, assessing, and reporting patient conditions/changes and documenting in accordance with Cantex's Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of quality patient care by all subordinate staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
  • A valid Registered Nurse (RN) License.
