Job Summary

The Restaurant Shift Lead is a key member of our restaurant team, responsible for executing restaurant operations in conjunction with the General Manager. This role requires a strong focus on delivering excellent guest service and food quality while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Maintain brand image by ensuring restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service.
  • Team Management: Treat all team members with respect and dignity, and follow company guidelines for daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance.
  • Guest Experience: Encourage restaurant teams to consistently deliver excellent guest service and food quality in adherence with brand systems, procedures, and food safety requirements.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the training of employees and ensure operations are executed per company operational standards.
  • Communication: Interact with guests and the community, respond to guest questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Performance Analysis: Assist the General Manager in using management information tools to analyze restaurant operational and financial performance.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 6+ months of restaurant operations experience.
  • Skills: Ability to communicate in English, Spanish comprehension is helpful; fundamental reading, writing, math, and computer/POS skills are required.
  • Physical Requirements: May be required to reach, bend, stoop, climb, and/or lift up to 50 pounds.
