Hygiene Committee Member

Premier Care Dental Management is seeking a highly skilled Hygiene Executive Committee Member to support our local hygiene teams and provide exceptional comprehensive care within their respective regions.
The successful candidate will work closely with upper management, collaborating on strategic initiatives and aiding in field-level implementation and auditing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Auditing: Conduct thorough audits of charts to ensure comprehensive care has been provided by hygienists within your region.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly reports to Operations, summarizing auditing and coaching summaries, successes, challenges, and solutions.
- Hygiene Executive Committee: Participate in quarterly meetings with upper management to discuss progress, areas of improvement, and strategic decision-making.
- Introduction of New Initiatives/Technology: Contribute to the launch of new products and technology to our hygienists across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum six months of employment with Premier Care Dental Management.
- Advanced knowledge of dental hygiene and the general principles of dentistry.
- Ability to provide exceptional comprehensive clinical care.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
Education Requirements:
- Associate degree and successful completion of a recognized vocational program in dental hygiene.
- State license in good standing required.
Work Environment & Compensation:
- Work is done virtually.
- A yearly stipend of $10,000 to be paid quarterly.
