LPN Nurse Administrator

At Bowery Residents Committee, we are seeking a skilled LPN Nurse Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of assigned staff to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services.
  • Conduct health and vitals checks, and coordinate with nursing leadership and other team members to optimize client outcomes.
  • Provide health education and advocacy for client health preferences and goals.
  • Manage client health needs, including referrals and suggestions for medical treatment and psychiatric rehabilitation.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including chart documentation and the onsite medication administration record.

Requirements:

  • LPN license required.
  • Experience in psychiatric and medical nursing preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and basic computer literacy.
