  • Facility Management: Develop and implement plans to achieve budgetary goals, manage web pricing and discounts, and maintain the cleanliness and operational standards of our facilities.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Auction Process: Drive the auction process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Leasing and Sales: Show available units, guide customers through the leasing process, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash drawers, petty cash, and other financial responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience: Bring retail sales, cash management, and customer service experience to the table.
  • Self-Management: Demonstrate the ability to self-manage while working independently to achieve team and company objectives.
  • Availability: Be available to work weekends and some holidays.
  • Technical Skills: Possess basic computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
