- Leasing and Sales: Show available units, guide customers through the leasing process, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Financial Management: Manage cash drawers, petty cash, and other financial responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience: Bring retail sales, cash management, and customer service experience to the table.
- Self-Management: Demonstrate the ability to self-manage while working independently to achieve team and company objectives.
- Availability: Be available to work weekends and some holidays.
- Technical Skills: Possess basic computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
